IN NETWORK INSURANCE BILLING/COSTS

Heather Weaver LPC, LMFT will bill your insurance directly if your insurance is in Network. If your insurance is in network, insurance will cover services in full, with exception to your deductible, copay, and/or coinsurance, depending on your plan. You will be responsible for paying up to your deductible, as well as coinsurance and copay at the time of service. Typically, insurances do not cover marriage therapy, however, some plans cover marriage therapy if the covered individual has a related mental health diagnosis. You may call your insurance customer service line to estimate costs, and confirm if Heather Weaver is in network. If your insurance is out of network, Heather Weaver is happy to provide you with a Super Bill that your insurance may use to reimburse you for costs of services, according to your out of network benefits.
